Helen has spent over 20 years in the corporate world including experience across B2B, B2C and not-for-profit organisations, ranging from tech, education, retail, hotel and leisure, central government and the construction and house building industry and is dedicated to helping businesses improve their workplace wellbeing. She’s also a certified menopause coach.
She loves being outdoors and keeps herself well by walking in the hills and enjoying a spot of gardening, whatever the weather!
